"Kids in the Kitchen"

Session 1: June 26th - July 17th

“Kids in the Kitchen” will introduce healthy eating to children using fun, kid-friendly recipes. Classes are geared to 6 to 11-year-olds. During each class, they will make a fun, kid-friendly food item and enjoy their treat. They will leave each class with the recipe and some basic information for parents on what they learned during the class. Most, if not all, of the classes will begin or end with a children’s book or other activity connected to the day’s topic. Parents are welcome to stay. Pick-up is promptly at 10:50. Parents must show identification and sign their child in and out of the class. We will be using all organic and/or non-GMO ingredients whenever possible. Session 1 Class Titles are "Very Berry Breakfast Bowls", "Energy Bites", "Water and YOU!" and "Belly Bugs"
